Sweat is salty and dries the hair and scalp. After a workout, rinse the scalp and hair with fresh water, and wash properly with sulphate-free shampoo when needed. Do not leave a sweaty scalp damp for hours.
Tie it back right
Use a loose braid or a soft ponytail, not a tight elastic near the bonds. This reduces friction and stops tangling during movement. Avoid rubbing the roots with a tight cap or headband for long sessions.
